stephiefloyd @chloenotchloe I just retrieved my package and opened it and realized it’s not for me. Then logged in and saw this message. I will try to figure out how to notify posh so I get a new label. Can you tell me when my item might be coming?

babybighair @stephiefloyd hold just a sec. will tell you what to click and lawd I am so sorry.! In a nutshell. Posh will give you a return label and the same to the other posher who received your order and you will receive the correct item.

babybighair @stephiefloyd k. Click ‘problem with order’. I believe then you should see ‘received wrong item’, something like that. You can leave a comment and that will open a ‘help’ ticket. Please do not mail it back on your own. They should reprint a label for you to return at no cost to you as this I was my error.... I notified the other purchaser to do the same. Again apologies. Whatever you do, do not ‘accept’ the order. Then the return won’t be be an option any more.

babybighair @stephiefloyd ok. Shouldn’t take that long though. Hoping it will get resolved at some point tomorrow and the other posher returns directly to you via a new label (and you the same) it may be the early part of next week before it’s in hand with Sunday a non ship day. I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll keep you posted on activity on my end. Thanks for not accepting. I want you to have what you ordered.

stephiefloyd @greenacresjt yes it is. I’m going to try to find one it was a present for a friend who decorates mid century. Just a little bit too much free space in the box allowed it to flop around a bit. They are cute.
