stephm1612 poshmark support said the seller has to cancel i do not have that as an option. i spoke with my bank and they said whatever they wont cancel to refuse the package when it comes and return to seller and they will file a dispute. much easier just to cancel

thejazzypooo @stephm1612 that’s not true. There is literally no way for us to cancel an order once we have SHIPPED the item. You can test this out yourself by selling an item to see how we lose ALL power once we have shipped it. I have contacted customer service again on your behalf since you left me a 1 star review for something I had 0 control over. Hopefully they reach out to you ASAP.

thejazzypooo It also looks like your original narrative was that you didn’t know once you sent an offer - you were locked in. Which it also says as a prompt the moment you make an offer. I will screenshot and direct their way as well. I’ve made a similar mistake on eBay. The best thing you can do is catch it right away and reach out to the seller while they still can cancel your transaction.
