@stephaniejon732 Hi! The shipping says that they are arriving late on Dec 8, however, now it’s the 14th. I know USPS has been having delays. I have other shipments that this is happening to, also. I am so sorry. You can also check on the status by going to your purchases and clicking on shipping. I’ll go ahead & contact Poshmark Support, too. Again, I apologize. 😞

@stephaniejon732 You’re welcome. I have reached out to Poshmark Support twice now (& also for my other shipments, each with a different inquiry) but they have been unresponsive. I am so disappointed in them. 😞

Hi! I heard back from Poshmark Support. They apologize for any frustration we’re experiencing due to tracking issues & USPS is currently experiencing tracking delays. The order is delayed if tracking shows, “In Transit, Arriving Late.” They’ll provide us with a tracking update on the Order Details page as soon as they get more info from USPS. (Continued below, had to split this message up.)

Support response continued: “In the event that we have not provided any additional updates within 10 days from the last USPS update, simply reply directly to this email and a member of the Poshmark team will assist you with next steps.” I will definitely be following up. I also attempted to open a case on the USPS website, but I need your address & it’s not available to me anymore.

If you’d like to provide your address, I’ll go ahead with the case. If not, I understand. Another option that might help is if you also contact Posh Support by going to your purchase and clicking on Problems/Order Inquiries. I’ll follow up when I know more. Again, I’m sorry as I know you said you needed your items by tomorrow. 😞 Let’s stay in touch.

@stephaniejon732 Ok. I opened an official case with USPS. The Service Request # is 19430709. The conformation email says they’re experiencing unprecedented volume increase & limited employee availability due to Covid. I hope this helps & will let you know of any updates. 😊🎄
