I have this MK ombré croc embossed bag its chocolate brown on the edges and fades to a light cocoa color in the center. I thought the soft pinks and gold or browns and gold. Hardware is gold. I would trust you 100% with recommendations.

rosesitty4321 @mdnshde I had an issue w/a buyer who bought a vintage Prada from me. It was EUC when I shipped, but she said I didn’t divulge defects & wanted her money back. Posh allowed her to return, she threw it in a box w/ no packing. It appears she used it as it had white stains all over & then had buyers remorse. Also sent her a $20 keychain as a thx & she kept that. Posh bought the bag, so at least once I had some satisfaction.

If they arbitrarily always side with the buyer, then the sellers will get fed up and go elsewhere. There are dozens of these kinds of sites, even tho models are different, so we choose to utilize their website. Without sellers you basically have no site.

rosesitty4321 @mdnshde it seems that my troubles are related to luxury goods. I’ve had major issues with a Rolex, a Prada & LV. Sometimes these buyers have unrealistic expectations and/or buyers remorse. They also think it’s Macy’s, where the can use it and then decide to change their mind. Someone commented that the site was developed to help people get rid of old clothes, but I disagree.

It’s not that they’re doing this as a non-profit service, they’re paid quite handsomely for managing the business aspect. It’s my understanding they don’t have a customer service phone #.

Loves giving butterfly 🦋 kisses. ☺️ Yes, I find the pieces & parts & put the bag charms together. I make the dangles. Thanks for the compliment!
