vblessings Hello Steve, Welcome to Posh! I've been on Posh as a buyer since 2017, and began selling in 2019. I sell in womens, mens, kids, home and some boutique. coachtreff21 @vblessings thank you, how do you sell stuff ?? I have offers on my stuff but it only lets me ‘Counter’ and not accept or sell the items - I’m confused

vblessings @coachtreff21 Hi Steve, good job 9reaching out when you have questions. I'm not sure why you aren't being allowed to accept offers on your stuff. occasionally the app makes updates that can cause glitches in the old app if you haven't updated it recently. to see if an update shows up.

vblessings @coachtreff21 if not you can still uninstall the app on your settings under apps on your phone and reinstall to get the latest version. That has taken care of glitches for me at times. if it doesn't, then you have to contact Posh support and send them an email. They respond within 24 hours and the problem is usually fixed within a day or two. Hope that helps. Happy Holidays :)!

vblessings @coachtreff21 BTW, I would also let the buyer know that you want to accept the offer but are having technical problems, and are working & fixing them so you can accept their offer.
