xfallenxstrx I ordered a sweater over a week ago and never heard anything from you and it never shipped. I was really looking forward to receiving the item and I’m super bummed at the lack of communication. This was definitely not a good experience and I warn anyone else who is looking at pieces from this closet that your purchase may be in vain.
