I'm having a lot of trouble trying to resolve this. They have asked for more photos to show the condition of the item even though the condition isn't the issue. The issue is that it is the wrong item, which they would be able to clearly see if they compared the pocket detail in the photo I sent with that which you posted. Furthermore, since you have acknowledged that you accidentally sent the wrong item, I don't understand why they are making me jump through more hoops.
