It has come to my attention that I sent another buyer your order and sent you their order by mistake. I am so sorry. I have reached out to Poshmark to see how to handle this and in order for them to send you a label to mail the wrong order to the other buyer and vis versa they need you to open a help case on this order. Again I am so sorry!!!!!

Hi. I am back and trying to figure out how to get your shipment back to you. I don’t supposed I could just mail it to you? Do we have to go thru Poshmark ? Or can I send it to the buyer?

@whitneym26 nothing yet from them. They asked I send a pix to show it was the wrong items. I did that 2 days ago. Ugh...I would love to get this shipment to whoever paid for it.

Sorry Whitney. I about give up on this. Let me know what you want me to do. I would gladly ship it out at my cost just so the owner can have her stuff. I can’t get any response from Poshmark.

Poshmark just said they would issue a full refund and I can keep the incorrect order. That seems a little crazy. Your thoughts?
