Hey Susan. About your question. Offering discounted shipping is a selling tool left up to the seller to use, it is not something that would be “automatically offered” by Poshmark. If you have already accepted that order that took a really long time then I’m not sure there’s anything you can do about it. But in the future, you have the option to cancel an order that has not been shipped after 7 days. Hope that helps! Happy Poshing!
