@suziscouture what happens if she doesn’t? And I never used Poshmark before - so I shipped the vest back to you for $14.95 before realizing Poshmark was going to send me a label. So if she doesn’t send me the poncho back then I am out money for the poncho and the shipping?

@19elisa78 Hopefully, she will do the right thing. I have never had this happen. Hopefully, once Customer Service sees my email, they will help us get this matter right. I understand, as I sent her back the vest and she had the poncho. So, she has 2 nice items of mine that have not been paid for. So, will continue to work on this tomorrow. Upon trying to cancel the item myself,the only option I was given was to reach out to support(which I did) and someone would get back to me within 24/48 hours. I’ve never made a mistake while making a purchase(especially on Poshmark) so having no luck on my end I figured there was a way for you to do it.

These past couple of days I’ve made a substantial amount purchases on Poshmark then I’ve ever made during the 3-4 I’ve had an account on here. So they needed me to verify my identity due to prevent Fraud or identify theft. In which I just did. So that could be the reason for the update on your end sweetie. So, u know , Poshmark allows u a certain amount of time to mail out orders. And I certainly am within that frame line.Since u don’t want to wait, it’s no problem on my end. Sometimes u will lose something when u have as much merchandise as I do. like I told u , I was gonna add in something FREE for your inconvenience. I’m a 5 star top 10% seller Posh Ambassador.
