greekandroman @denby These Betula sandals are size 8 US or 39 European Size. They have the soft footbed. These sandals are Narrow Fit. The information about the size is in the title of the listing and in the description of the item. I provided the pictures where you can see the size clearly printed on the bottom of the shoes and on the box. The pictured item is the one you get. I don’t exchange items and I don’t accept returns if the item doesn’t fit.

denby @greekandroman I understand all of that. Like I said I wear a size 39 narrow in all other Birkenstock’s. I just didn’t know if you had a size 40 to exchange and I would pay shipping. Sorry I bothered you.

samanthasquared hi! I saw your package arrived with an end open, was it the sticky side? I used usps stickers to secure it, but thanks for the heads up.. maybe they are not as sticky as they used to be, I'll have to upgrade to something more secure

greekandroman It was not the sticky side, it was the end where the top cover has a tab that inserts into the end to secure it. I always tape mine on the ends.
