Please respond to my multiple msgs regarding the purchase I made for a north face back pack!!!! I'm frustrated that I paid $30 and explained that I needed item before 8/4/16 I asked would it be shipped and all of my questions have gone unanswered the item is showing processing not even shipped yet if there was a delay I could understand if I were informed. It be respectful to let me know what the status is ASAP if item can't be delivered by 8/4/16 I'd like my money back.
