lindsaywalthall @smccleskey4 yes they will usually ship an empty box or envelope and they hope you won’t open a case against them within three days, because at that point the funds are released to them. Good luck!

smccleskey4 @lindsaywalthall I've emailed customer service and got someone looking into it. I told him I'm more than likely opening a case so just wanted you to know what's going on. I knew I had a bad feeling.
