mzpitty1 kELSEY...You can wear the purple dress with black shorts underneath. I'm 5'3" and it worked fine. It is so cute I wish it still fit me. I'm bad at listing measurements. It is hot in SW FL and I photograph listings on the lanai. Just want to get out of the heat.
