tamarasieben @reginastrends I just noticed the address was wrong, it was my old one and now I live in Fort Collins, i believe they will forward it because I have mail forwarding but it won’t be today. At least I hope that they mail forward it!! I didn’t realize it was that address 😩😭

reginastrends @tamarasieben I had to wait on hold for over a hour but once I did they opened a case and called me to keep me updated! I would definitely try calling the Post Office in Cheyenne to see if they’re forwarding it! It says they were delivered to a PO Box there but the package is pretty big so I don’t think it’ll fit lol

tamarasieben @reginastrends yeah that’s my old address is a PO Box in Cheyenne! Shoot. I’ve tried calling but they don’t even have a hold option it just keeps ringing! Oh no 😭

reginastrends @tamarasieben dang! Just try calling customer service at 800-275-8777 and give them the tracking number. They should be able to forward it!

tamarasieben @reginastrends I’m not sure 😭 they haven’t given me a mail slip or anything. I’m going to call my post office tomorrow and see if I can figure it out, and if not then it’ll be sent back to you.

reginastrends @tamarasieben sounds good! I opened another case with the Post Office too so hopefully they respond quickly. In my 5 years of selling on Poshmark I’ve never had a package be in limbo for this long! 😅😭
