@tmetz70 maybe just send an email to customer service and say it was recd. Hopefully that will do the trick. I didn't use their label I didn't realize it was a prepaid label haha. I'm a dumby

@kmoltrum I did receive the dress and there is a stain on the back of the dress and the hemming on the dress and sleeves were hand stitched and was not even stitching. It did not look professional at all and I do apologize if you paid to have it done professionally but it was very sloppy. I haven't returned anything on poshmark so I did what I thought I was supposed to in order to return the item. Thanks.
