Hello love, i'm sorry your not happy with the cuff bracelet, the moonstone is real. I didn't notice any yellowing on the silver, I wouldn't even have posted it. I'm really bummed out you're not happy. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to fix it...

I am sorry to hear your item did not arrive safely..I mailed your item wrapped in plastic with a thank you sticker...inside a Padded Priority Mail envelope.. I use Scotch heavy duty shipping tape to securely fasten your shipping label provided by Poshmark... - it is unfortunate that USPS failed to safely care & deliver your item... I am hopeful you opened a case with Posh & they refunded?

@greggtj you need to use problem inquiry , to open a case with poshmark, explain the situation, it helps if you have a photo of the opened envelope, basically showing the damage or wear that caused it to arrive empty

I have to assume they will cover the loss, poshmark s priority shipping label tracking number on your package, you may open a case with post office to as the recipient too

This is the Reply I received from Posh - Message posh with your order number - you can copy & paste the reply they sent me.. Posh from my experience does want to ensure you have a good experience. If USPS damaged the envelope * it arrived empty...then Posh will most likely cover your purchase.

The more detail provided the better...photos of envelope - how long it took to arrive ..is a big one..since it proves it was mishandled getting to you... Priority mail is used on ALL posh packages.. 2-3 business days...with COVID volumes higher maybe 5 -7 days... at most being Priority mail
