I received an email today that the It Cosmetics MaksUp Remover shipped, so it should be on its way to you. Have you checked your email recently? Poshmark should be sending you a shipping label.

Once you receive the label you literally just rebox the flip flops, attach shipping label to box and take to the post office. I'm thinking of the girl that mistakenly received the make up remover has already shipped, then you probably should have received yours as well.

Hi Tammie, I just PM Customer Support another email telling them that that your still waiting on item. They never emailed me back the first time when I initially realized what I'd done. So, I assumed that they emailed the two of you and explained what to do next.

My hands are tied here because the other buyer won't answer my messages to her when I ask if she's re-shipped. I'll let you know if PM responds to my email. Worst case scenario I'll go out and buy you a brand new container of that make up remover and ship it to you myself.

@jhunn73 no that's isn't the point. This other person shouldn't be keeping my item! If that is how she wanted to be I would have just given the Sandler to my daughter. We paid about the same amount for the items. It's up to her to put them in the mail. I just don't have access to her. I've contacted support as well. Just not getting any...lol...mistakes happen...but with no way for the buyers to be in contact it's hard to fix it.

I don't understand what you mean by "that isn't the point". I sent you the message because I wanted you to know that I continue to try and resolve this issue and that it's important to me that your happy with your purchase. I wish there was a number I could call but Poshmark only offers email as form of communication. I'm open to suggestions you may have and am willing to do whatever's needed.

@jhunn73 I'm sorry you misunderstand. It's not the point to have you buy me another. The point is the other buyer should be honest and do her part. Please don't feel I'm upset with you. I'm a seller...and could easily do the same. I would do exactly as you. As I said it should be that Posh lets both buyers interact and settle this.

This has been going on for several weeks. Both buyers should have our items by now...she has hers...and she's not doing the same for me. Posh also isn't being of help. Or I feel they aren't. They were forceful to get me to ship to her...and they should have been the same way with her.

@charlcieplace thank you...I appreciate that! I think people often forget that us sellers are human too and any mistakes aren't intentional. I'll make this right though...one way or another. If you don't receive your item by this upcoming Friday, I'm buying you a new one and shipping out Saturday. Then I WILL deal with the other buyer. 😖

again i am so very sorry. i understand how it is when you need an item and it doesn't show on time. please forgive me. i have a good sales record, and im not happy to have a blip on it. but i am human and do make mistakes. again i am really very sorry.

i would be happy for you to keep it. i had a buyer, but she needed it asap. so i had to cancel. it helps if you put your arms in the body and press outward. i have to do that to all my tops.
