lindadavid7 Hi, In the first case they certified the purse as being authentic when it was clear it was not. Then I reposted the bag, not feeling comfortable and the purchaser was clearly someone from the company. They declined the purchase and PM granted the return. So just for evidence I purchased another purse declined it once delivered due to size and they declined my return and granted the seller the money. I have some likes that Iam currently negotiating but once final. I am DONE!!
