jillsta22 I am so sorry about the jeans. I measured them as I do all of my items. I have no idea how I could have made such a stupid mistake. this has never happened before. Please return them for a full refund as I feel I need to correct this error. If you happen to see another pair of jeans in my closet that you like, I will ship them to you at no charge. My sincere apologies
