poshpalmbout Hi, you purchased the baby soother toy from me and then gave me a very negative rating. The baby soother works perfect so I’m not sure why you would give me a bad rating. The photos I took and provided only show the baby soother and not the remote. I apologize that you confused the stock photos with my photos

poshpalmbout However, if you felt my description was unclear then why didn’t you ask me if the remote was included or not? Then I could of clarified this for you as well as I could of explained that the remote is useless and you have to be literally next to the baby soother for it to work which defeats the purpose.

poshpalmbout Again, my item description did not say the soother came with a remote nor did my personal photos show a remote; hence why I was selling this for so cheap. Again sorry you were confused but in the future if you have questions then please ask and I would of happily clarify things. Most people don’t intentionally leave out information and as people especially moms who are doing a hundred things at once, we tend to make mistakes sometimes. I hope your baby enjoys the baby soother, my son did

nangel5190 @poshpalmbout I said in the review when I clarified if it came with a remote or not I would change the review. I do feel it was slightly misleading since a lot of the photos had a remote in them. I don’t think I should be blamed that I didn’t reach out when I saw it there in the photos and your description said nothing about it not being included.
