tasha_lee_ @hiddenruffles hello! I did attempt to open a case with customer service but their email has been down for most of the past week and the app was not allowing me to comment on your item listing. I was informed today that the window passed, despite my earlier attempts. The pair I received did not meet expectations for the price paid, which is a fair review. Great shipping though!
