nmile6 Hi Taylor!! I just did your shipment and sent you the wrong item. Could you please hold on to item and mark it as incorrect? I believe Poshmark will create a pre-paid label and all you would have to do is slap it on the box and it'll get shipped to the correct person who really wants it. :( Please help me out.

This order has been fulfilled in their books but if you are still willing to contact them regarding the return of this, they will assist you. deantaylor4 @nmile6 I don't understand why they would have done that. On Sunday (1/15) on the Poshmark app I did not accept the order and when it prompted for a reason I said "received wrong item". Shortly after selecting that option I received an email stating "we will be in touch as soon as possible". I have taken any other action as the email states they will contact me with further instructions in 1-2 business days (which would have been Monday (yesterday) or Tuesday (today).

deantaylor4 @nmile6 I'm so sorry, I don't understand why this was so hard for costumer service to understand. I literally explained it like 4 times. And I never "accepted" the shoes to begin with so I don't understand how this got so confusing! I'll post the shoes now and tag you in them.
