poshbuckeyegirl @teresa1771 Teresa I am sorry if you were not happy with the shoes that you bought from me. The delays were due to Covid not myself. I have had a lot of packages that I have sent out and things I bought not come on time. No one has ever left me two stars before either.

teresa1771 @poshbuckeyegirl I get it, it wasn’t the bottom of the shoes, the suede was a little more worn than pics showed that’s all. The shipping was longer than usual, it took YOU several days before you processed the order, the post office actually wasn’t as long as they have been on several of my other orders, so i get the COVID delay. I may have been a little harsh on the rating and will look into changing it. Teresa

poshbuckeyegirl @teresa1771 Don’t bother. No one else has ever left me a rating like that. I think other customers can see that I have 206 five star ratings and one two star rating. I apologize if you didn’t feel that the shoes were up to your liking. But it did not take me that long to get it to the post office. I only took two days ma’am! That is not that long. I have ordered 20 things and seen major delays since Christmas.

poshbuckeyegirl @teresa1771 Yes I know they reached out to me and I wanted to make you aware that I had dropped off the package at the post office in the night drop. They actually sat on it. It’s really not a big deal. I apologize that you were upset about it. My concern was just that you know I did go into the post office and have to track that down. It was not on me.

poshbuckeyegirl I normally don’t reach out to people on here. I found out someone was fired at the post office for stealing. And I was actually concerned that your package might’ve been stolen. I had another one that never did turn up. And unfortunately I took a loss. I think there was something going on there. And I agree with you that it took much longer than normal. My apologies I was really hoping you would like the shoes

karaskloset1 I am so sorry . I can't believe one of the mugs was broken. I have shipped several mugs and always wrap them in bubble wrap and paper and this is the first to break. I'm truly sorry.

teresa1771 @karaskloset1 Thank you, but that doesn’t help my issue. So, i need to ask, if an item is broken as this one is, did you perhaps get insurance on it? Do you by any chance have another one you can send me? I have sent glass or pottery items out as well and am very careful in the wrapping and marking the package with “ Fragile” all over it. I can see that this box was smashed a little on the corner so there wasn’t much care from the USPS. The packaging materials were light. Teresa🙄
