trekkinadk46 @terri_patton yes, I am counting on at least a years of work before this gets going. Quick pointer: the knockout app is awesome, but it occasionally leaves the background in place in areas of low contrast. The instant alpha functionality in the app gets rid of that. Also: if you take your pictures with your phone, it’s worth while to double-check your colors. This is one of the big reasons for customer complaints on Poshmark.

terri_patton @trekkinadk46 yes I find my spirits go up & down with the number of sales, but I’m trying to just focus on learning & being persistent. It is good to give it time as you’ve said. Thanks for the photo tips - that is my biggest struggle. Blues are a real challenge & I have many blue items I haven’t posted bc I can’t seem to get them right. Definitely a learning curve! Your photos look great!

trekkinadk46 @terri_patton yes, blues tend to come out black and can be tricky. Place those items directly under a ceiling light and photograph them with your phone from higher up. If you get too close, you’ll notice that your body and phone actually changes the light and will render the item color incorrectly.
