carrieg728 I think that the Athleta black pant shouldn’t be considered new without tags. I cannot find my second pair, but these have been washed a couple times. If still ok with you, I either counter or accept your offer. Since I cannot find the first pair I may keep these. Let me know if that’s ok that they were washed more than once. Carrie
