somethingforme @karisrenee thank you for reaching out to me. I do have a question. I just started selling last week and made my first sale. My second sale was tonight. Someone bought something from my closet but I had it listed with the wrong size. What should I do?

karisrenee @somethingforme CONGRATS!! Well, this is a bummer, but it happens all the time. I would recommend reaching out to your buyer and tagging them on that specific listing like: "Hi @karisrenee, thank you so much for your purchase. Im so sorry for the inconvenience but....." and explain the issue.

karisrenee Let them know what size it actually is and how it fits and offer a recommendation as to if it might still work for them. Let them know it was an honest mistake and that you wanted to reach out before shipping to see if they would like to proceed or have you cancel the order. They'll let you know from there!

karisrenee Be prepared to make a new listing for the same item with the correct size just in case they decide to cancel so that if that is the case, you can r-list for someone new ASAP :)
