tishmael33 From what I’ve found, looks like I can’t cancel unless item hasn’t shipped in 7 days. Is that correct? If so, are you suggesting we wait 7 days then I cancel and you then make the offer we discussed, then I accept?

tishmael33 @chanel_judith I think that’s right if the $7.11 shipping cost falls off the first order. But if I accept the offer as is, will I be charged the $4.99 shipping fee in addition to the $7.11 shipping fee I’ve already paid in the first order? (I’m assuming you’d send all 3 items in one shipment) I’m sorry if this has turned out to be a lot of trouble😕 I haven’t sold anything yet, so I don’t know how the shipping fee plays into the amount the seller gets.

tishmael33 @mdacumos hi, I received the perfume, but despite the listing saying the box had been unopened, I found that the box had been opened. Bubble wrap was taped to The inside of it and the box was damaged. I’m so sorry… But I need to file for a return. I trust that you didn’t intend to deceive; however, because the box had previously been opened, the integrity of the perfume is in question. I no longer feel confident to give this as a gift to someone.

mdacumos @tishmael33 Hello, I opened the box ONLY to put the bubble wrap in the box. I did not want the bottles to break or damaged during the transition, that is only reason why I opened the box. As per my description, the box or perfumes were unopened. I took videos & pictures while wrapping the items so the bottles would not break during the transitions. If you like I could send you the videos & pictures.

mdacumos @tishmael33 Also, the only reason I taped the the box was the bubble wrap was a bit too thick to close the box. I was only being careful so the bottles won’t break during the transition. Darn! If only I wasn’t so careful on over wrapping the item. 🤷🏻‍♀️If you review the bottles, you could see ALL 4 bottles where never used or even tested! Am so sorry you are unhappy. This has never have happened to me. What is the next step?

tishmael33 @mdacumos when I file a claim to make a return, I provide pictures of the item. You at that time can also make comments and provide pictures and maybe your video, I’m not sure about the video though. Poshmark will then make a decision. If they decide I can return the item for a refund, I return the item and the funds are returned to me. It doesn’t put any negative marks on your account or your Poshmark page. Let’s see what Poshmark decides and then go from there.

mdacumos @tishmael33 I feel bad that you were unhappy with your purchase! FYI I wasn’t being dishonest. The box was NEVER opened until I took pics & videos & included bubble wrap to the bottles. As I mentioned, I wanted the bottles to be secured & not damaged before the items were delivered to you! Again, am so sorry! 😞 Next time, I won’t over wrap! Lesson learned!

mdacumos @tishmael33 Nevermind, just received an email from PoshMark. I had NO idea perfumes are NOT allowed to be sold on this site! Apparently, you were refunded and got to keep the 4 bottles of new/unused perfumes, as well! Am glad that this issues has been resolved. I NOW wish I never opened the box to wrap the bottles w/bubble wrap, as not to be damaged before you rec’d them! Lesson learnt going forward! 😌
