angelinas_rack @tee_marie07 Good morning Tiara. I wanted to let you know that the Skechers that I ordered from you have not left the post office where you mailed them. I wanted to see if you can see if they can locate them. The tracking number says you left them at a self service kiosk and my post office requires that you put priority packages in the hands of someone at the post office. I really was hoping to get them today but I realize that isn't happening. Can you please check on this ASAP???

tee_marie07 @angelinas_rack I called, on their end it is showing a delivery date of today. If it doesn’t arrive I will have to call them back to file a claim. Sorry for the inconvenience this has NEVER happened.

angelinas_rack @tee_marie07 My post office said it never left and when I track it it shows it is still in Florida. You might want to get them to track it. I know it isn't your fault but I thought I better let you know.

tee_marie07 @angelinas_rack Hi, that was the information I received when I spoke to customer service. Due to the tracking not being updated they could not give me any other information except that it was scheduled for today. Hopefully, you received it today or the tracking is updated.
