bonita_cacique @tiffanylake I apologize that the shoes where not as "expected". I'm unsure how they where " uneven" with one stretched out. These where purchases new and worn only a couple times. Could it have been the packaging that was inserted to protect the shape of the shoe during shipment? If you where disappointed with the purchase you could have reached out/and or filled a "complaint/issue" with the purchase as I would have fully refunded you. Instead, you left a bad rating? Thanks!
