nice_matters11 @mrsnebl 🌵🎃🧩 Hi Tonia, if you click on your notification feed (the 🔔) and select the tab “Orders” it will say there if someone placed an order. However you should always check the “Offers” tab to see if anyone gave you an offer on any of your items. Also In that tab you will see offers for items that you have liked ❤️from other closets so pay close attention for your items in the tab

nice_matters11 @mrsnebl 🌵🍂🧩 After you see the order at the bottom will have boxes to check off after you have packed up your items (we luv to throw in little bonus gifts 🎁or freebies as a thx u) ex. Note pads, pens, little jewelry, socks,cosmetic bags or any other clothing that may fit the person that you just want to get rid of. Also a nice thx u note addressed to the buyer gives it a person touch. You’ll want a 5 ⭐️rating to boost your acct. .

Please ship ASAP for good ratings. 1-2 days preferably. You can drop your pkg in the mail receptacle after hours but good rule of thumb is to take to counter to get tracking receipt 🧾 That way you can track the pkg if any issues

jtallent1289 @mrsnebl Just received your 4-star rating and your notation of needing improvement. Please elaborate. You purchased the vest at 68% off retail, I shipped the next day, sent a note advising I shipped the next day, item was exactly as described, brand new with tags, it was shipped in a box with a hand written note and a free gift. What could I have possibly done differently? You advised the hook came off the free fragrance sachet. Are you rating me on the free gift? Which is still usable?

Posh takes 20% of our sells, and yet, I still try to make sure all buyers, regardless of how large or small the purchase is, have a 5-star experience. I realize sometimes it may not be perfect, but I try. I try hard. And to be rated on a free gift....I have no words. Other than you may not want to shop my closet again.

mrsnebl @jtallent1289 The hook part of the hook and eye closure fell off in my hand as I took it out of the packaging. I’m sure the sewing was probably just loose already. It had nothing to do with anything you have mentioned. I apologize for upsetting you so much with 1 Star. I’d be happy to change it to 4 but now that your true colors are showing maybe I was right the first time.
