The only reason I do that is because I wanted people's clothes to smell good when it got to them so I'm so very sorry that it's smelled horrible to you. I am in tears because I just want to make you happy.. I always get 5 stars and I feel like I'm a complete failure. Please tell me what I can do to make you happy Katy....I just could not be sorrier...

angelad1969 @babykattie I am so sorry. Like I said I've never had anybody say that before so I never thought of it that way.. I'm going to mail you a refund but what can I do to get back to a 5 stars which to me when somebody does that it means they are completely satisfied so I truly want to make you happy. Along with the refund could I send you some bath and body works products that I have? Or is there something else that you would like? I just want you to be happy that's all

I love my packaging and I just thought everyone would too but it was overboard in your case and I apologize. I do this full time so I really wanna always be improving. I'm not sure how to change the rating but I read somewhere it can be changed in the first 30 days. Thank you for doing that I really appreciate but I still want you to be happy. angelad1969 @babykattie Oh you made me laugh and I really needed. :) Can I ask you a question? I lost my sense of smell about 3 years ago and so I don't actually know what the sachets smell like but I just assumed they smell good like the ones I used to get years ago. Can you tell me what it smelled like cause I don't want to offend anybody?
