wondertwin1332 Hello. If you are not happy with the Blundstone boots please sent them back no problem. I Tried them on and polished them prior to sending and didn't see any major flaws but do send them back if you are not happy. I have alerted PM on this as I saw your remark. torigami16 @wondertwin1332 I am unsure how to process a return do you know how? Once this is resolved and I have the money back and the boots are gone I’ll change my rating and comment. Thank you for being open minded to working with me. The shoes need to be resoled (up to $100)

wondertwin1332 @torigami16 you must contact Poshmark and tell them you want to return them. I already alerted them I was 100 fine with me and the situation. Yeah it's a process.

wondertwin1332 @torigami16 hello. I have not heard anything from PM on this return. Again, know it's a process but you have to reach out to them to start a return after exceptance/delivery if you want to return an item.

torigami16 @wondertwin1332 they will not allow me to return them. If just recommend you test your product before you sell them, both soles of the shoes are crumbling off the shoe. Definitely a waste of $150. Disappointing.

wondertwin1332 @torigami16 this is strange because PM customer service told me you could start the return and I told them I agreed to this no problem. Can you send me photos of the soles? I am curious because they were scrubbed and I tried them in and saw no issues. I will take these back. Did you send customer service a message? Sorry this is a process
