catliska72 Im checking the status of the Michael Kors purse ordered on June 11th . USPS notifications keep saying the package is delayed or arriving late. How was the package mail ? And do you know why it’s not been delivered. I’ve been patient in waiting and wondering what the issue is. Thank you .

I am very sorry, I am not sure what is happening with the delivery service. I am very sorry for the inconvenience

catliska72 I have not received the package . Something is clearly not right. I would like a refund and you can track the package to have it delivered to you. I will be in touch with my credit card company with a dispute.! I have been very patient . Unfortunately this was not a good experience.

toricoward12345 @catliska72 I am very sorry to hear this, but I do understand that this has not been a good experience. The problem is with the shipping company, and the money has not been released to me, but as soon as it is I will refund you. If there is a way that you can cancel it please do that, because right now I can not refund you the money as of now. But, if you cannot cancel it I will refund you the money as soon as it is released to me.

catliska72 I just checked my bank account was debited on June 11 and funds posted o. June 12th. I would double check that you did in fact receive the payment . I have proof of payment and shipping history showing I have not received the package .

toricoward12345 @catliska72 the payment does not become released to me until you have received the package. I will email poshmark service and ask how to resolve this issue. I am trying to get you your money back, but right now the money is pending in my poshmark account so there is nothing I can do. I am very sorry and I am trying to get you a refund! You will get your money back

toricoward12345 @catliska72 I emailed Poshmark support and asked them how to refund you and have not heard back yet. As soon as they let me know how to refund you your money I will do so. Again, I am very sorry and I also have no idea what went wrong. I understand this is very frustrating for you, as it has been for me as well. As soon as I learn how to get you your money back I will return it to you. Again, I am very sorry

toricoward12345 @catliska72 I just received an email that says that the postal service has lost it. They said that they will be refunding both of us for the purchase. They said the refund should be in your account. I am very sorry for how this played out, and if you are not refunded please tell me and I will message them again.

catliska72 . The funds were sent to you via posh mark not USPS (the shipping company ) who is refunding me ? It can’t be the shipping company - posh mark is involved with you facilitating the fund. I work for a bank and I know how accounts get credited .the postal service provides the delivery of a package and could credit you for the cost of the shipment . I don’t see how the shipping company is refunding me the cost of the purse when I was buying it from you through posh mark
