crystalcure Hi Tori! Sorry the NWT Anthropologie pants weren't what you were expecting. I did want to assure you (other than when I tried them on once) they have not been worn or washed. They were a softer/faded-looking material so I understand why they may have seemed washed but with the original paper price tag still attached, I promise they never were. Have a great week! -Liz
