tracievickers Hi. Yes, DPO (Diplomatic Post Officer) requires custom forms. We are military overseas. There is no extra shipping cost or expense, but you do have to include a form stating what is in the package. You can find the form online at USPS.com or at the post office. I’m surprised they took the package without the form. I’m new at postmark so I didn’t think about having to tell the shippers. Normally if stores allow DPO shipping, they are aware of the needed form. I’m sorry. Can you re ship?

tracievickers @thecatwalked Well, technically we are in Ecuador. (US military overseas) The DPO, AA address allows overseas military to ship "local" event though packages are going overseas. The package does require a customs form. I've noticed recently that Poshmark was not including customs forms with their packages. So, please let me know if it gets returned to you. I do want to pants, but Poshmark will need to redo a shipping label and a customs form will need to be included.

thecatwalked That's interesting that you received a refund when I haven't received the pants back. I had no idea that a form was necessary. Obviously Poshmark does not provide custom forms. I wish I had known this when I sold you the pants.

thecatwalked Per the website, Poshmark does not allow shipping overseas or to military installations outside of the US. I did not know this or I never would have mailed the pants. They should never have sent a label. I am going to have to contact them about this.

tracievickers @thecatwalked I did not receive a refund for the pants. That message was for another posher. They do ship to DPO addresses (It is not considered "overseas"). However, if you receive the returned package, I do have another (US) address that you can use. Poshmark will send another label.
