bridgetknopick You sold me 2 pairs of fake Betulas. I put on one of the pairs since it is finally fall and the weather was right. In less than 30 minutes the soles came off in chunks!! Greasy foam like chunks!!! Shame on you! I spent over a hundred dollars on the 2 pairs! Fakes! I’m angry! Sooooo disgusted!!

thenostalgiccat @bridgetknopick Hi, I’m sorry that it happened to you. In my record, you purchases these shoes from 6/24 which is 5,5 months ago. If you contacted me soon after you bought them I could have helped you. I can assure you that these are authentic. I wear them myself daily for over a year, I beat them pretty well too but they’re still holding well. I sold many pairs of these and never have any complaints.
