sdmiranda Hi the Bal bag is lovely, but it's missing some hardware that was present in the photos. One tab and a broken rivet were in the pocket, but the others and the rings are missing. I knew that the shoulder strap itself was missing, but the hardware was not explained. There are two little holes, one one each end of the main zipper, where it looks like the hardware was originally attached. Do you have the additional hardware? Please let me know asap.

koko285 @sdmiranda Are you serious? I had no clue anything was missing I wore it maybe three times the last time I wore it was back in September so before shipping I didn’t even take time out to see if anything was missing smh
