hollygolately Hi Trista! Thank you for your feedback on the charm. I strive to rate 5 stars with every client, and I'm sorry I disappointed you. I cleaned the charm with a jewelry cloth before I gift wrapped it. Next time I will wear gloves. That gunmetal finish is tricky. Happy Poshing!

tristakottke @hollygolately I was disappointed in the quality more than anything. I was expecting a beautiful charm instead I got something with scuffs. It was for a customer and instead of them paying I took this out of my pocket due to the fact it never met their satisfactions...
