I noticed that the post office noted in the tracking that they attempted to delivery on wed and thurs but said they could'nt get access to your location. I used the one that came with the label. I’m not sure if your label was put on another customers order just yet. I had several packages that were sitting in Austin at the post office when I checked the tracking but one persons order was sent with the wrong label so I’m assuming it happened to yours as well. I mailed 6 orders that day. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

@tsui yes I’m not sure which process is quicker. Waiting for the package or canceling and reordering if you still want it. I’ve never had this happen before but I was informed that they would be returned to me.
