tylerjmoore303 @accessoreyes they left me a note saying they could not deliver it and I’m not sure why. I had another palace in the mailbox and I think that could be why they didn’t put that one in there

codegirl6 Hey Tyler, I saw your comment on another Posher’s listing about the Patagonia jacket. I had a similar thing happen to me. I ordered some makeup primer (2), high end. I accepted them when I received them because they felt full and looked brand-new. Long story short, when I finally went to use one a few days later (once my old primer ran out), it was empty.

codegirl6 I immediately checked the 2nd one & same thing...empty. I was So pissed. And thought I had no recourse bc I’d already accepted. And I tried to talk to the seller about it but when I went to hit send, she’d blocked me. I contacted Poshmark right away, told them the whole story (calmly, keeping emotion out of it, stating just facts) and guess what — they refunded me.

codegirl6 So you need to tell them, okay? Tell them everything and be patient too, because it might take several days. This is so wrong, for sellers to do this. And I feel like Poshmark cares about protecting buyers from this kind of thing. So I think you should try. (If you haven’t already). And I’m very sorry that this happened to you. I know exactly how it feels to be taken advantage of like this. 😞💕

valhersh Hi! I commented on an item from a seller that I’m sure you remember, as you had an issue you took care of... very well. However, the comment was for you and I asked if the issue with said seller was ever reported to poshmark and if there was any resolution? I was immediately blocked by that seller. I’m not sure if you can see my comment to you but I’m still curious, mostly to understand poshmarks workings; although the seller does have some nice postings, as you know.
