klassyfroggy Hi Urvashi! I purchased and just received your J. Crew swimsuit. It is beautiful and I love how it looks and it looks like it will fit perfectly too! I haven't tried it on yet - because - I just pulled it out of the mailing package a few minutes ago and there are several small stains on the left bodice and upper left ruching (left side when looking at the suit).

gpb1323 @klassyfroggy I'm so sorry to hear that...I didn't notice that at all. I want to make sure you're comfortable with the purchase, can I offer you an additional 20% discount...would that work for you? I would have disclosed had I noticed any stains at all.

I ran out of sorts in my last comment as poshmark said it was limited to 500 characters. And yes, I figured you would have disclosed ... I have never ever had an issue with poshmark purchases or sales yet.😊

gpb1323 @klassyfroggy yes that sounds very fair since there is an issue which I'm really mortified to hear...now I just need to figure out how to do this...I'll definitely look over stuff more carefully...this is my first time hearing anything like this 😳.

klassyfroggy @gpb1323 it's ok! It looks like sharpie maybe? Or ink of some sort? I do love the suit though and am hoping the ruching will more or less cover the lower marks at least. I have no idea how to change the pricing either... It's possible me we could email poshmark support and tell them we have resolved internally but need them to adjust the pricing? Or we could cancel, you re-post for $35 and I buy right away and accept the package? Hmmm.... Not sure!

gpb1323 @klassyfroggy Poshmark asked me to have you contact them, I thought we were making it easy but for some reason it's not...send me your email so I can forward their response to you. Again, this is my first sales glitch and I'm trying to figure it out but I'm not sure the support is as good as the site 🙁.

klassyfroggy @gpb1323 hi! Just wanted to let you know that poshmark support wrote me again today and they will not just adjust the price. They said I had to open a claim in order for it to be dealt with accordingly. So I did, sent pics of the stains, and just told them that you and I had mutually agreed on the $35 price tag from the original $50.

gpb1323 @klassyfroggy I also submitted a note in the claim just letting them know we agreed upon the price and we'd like to bring closure to the matter. I didn't realize this would be such a process!

klassyfroggy @gpb1323 oh my gosh. Ok. I just wrote a scathing email to the poshmark support team for their lack of customer service and lack of understanding or even attempting to understand this simple fix!!!!! They granted me a refund. I never asked for a refund!!!!!!! Iam super frustrated with them right now ... This is such a simple request and solution. I will let you know what they wrote back when they write back.
