Hi! I'm Val. I am a Posh Ambassador!!! Some of my favorite brands are Michael Kors and NYDJ. I lost 60 lbs since last year. My clothes are either well cared for, barely worn, or still with tags and all of them have a special meaning, were carefully selected, and purchased. valentyna_mino @kelrobb by the way, check out the polka dot black shirt with a collar, I think that one would be a good fit for you. It’s loose and has a slightly longer back. I used to wear it with black leather leggings also listed... the shirt covers the behind well and is a bit more Aline and not straight. If that works. There are tons of people in mini challenges and big ones - you get support from people who are losing weight too. Personally I do Isagenix - two shakes and a meal of 600 calories, mixed with intermittent fasting. Send me your email if you want the info :)

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 it’s all over the web, the basic point is you eat 1-3 times a day, but the meals have to fit into a 4, 6, or 8 hour window... the rest of the time you drink herbal teas or water, nothing with calories.... I am down 40lbs since January of this year.

After my 4th pregnancy I gained so much weight . I was always in size 1 always lost weight after 3 pregnancies . After 4th pregnancy it’s not coming off it’s stuck even though I eat so little . I’m at the point where I was thinking about gastric sleeve

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 You have to find what is right for you. I have done Atkins, weighwatchers, and everything under the sun, but until you make it a habit and not a short term fix, it will not stick.

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 it’s the simplest thing in the world, no measuring, or counting, just time two meals, and eat whatever you want...and it frees up time in your life for other things. With four kids you might be tempted to snack every time you set the table, but keeping yourself hydrated and focused should keep you going, and when you go out or do eat with the family, you enjoy whatever you want.

lanamomof4 @valentyna_mino yes that what I like because I cook from scratch ( нашу русскую еду) as far as snacks we only do healthy snacks at home like fresh fruits, hummus , dried fruit .so for me not cooking separate meals and being able to eat what I cook is a big deal

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 you eat during that time and after that you don’t, eat, so for example, I eat breakfast at 8, lunch at 12 and dinner at 4 pm, no snacks or any calories before or after the 8 hour window, only between, but normally you don’t feel hungry... if you want more aggressive results, you cut your eating window smaller, so you would eat at 8 and 12 or at 12 and 4 pm... actual times don’t matter, just as long as you have 14 - 16 hours between your eating windows.

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 I usually do two eggs with ham, spinach and cheese. Muffin and a latte. For lunch, I usually do something with meat and pasta, and some veggies.. sometimes Pizza or burgers... what you eat is less important than when you eat. I eat until I am full, and usually do something sweet at least once a day.

valentyna_mino @lanamomof4 if you have to go out in the evening. Then you skip the breakfast and do light lunch and do your dinner, then you slowly bring your schedule back to it’s usual time.

I had my daughter with a size 9 put them on, her foot doesn’t go to the front of the shoe either, so I stand by the fact that it’s a very narrow fit & that was not disclosed in the description. U have a lovely closet and I’m glad u reached out. If I buy anything from your closet again and it doesn’t work out, I will definitely let u know before giving a review. Thank you!
