lovesac Hi Vanessa! Glad you received your merchandise. I noticed the delivery was delayed due to “animal interference”. The Post Office made attempts to deliver it, but this seemed to impede that. I see that you rated a 4 star. Is there anything I could have done differently to receive a 5 star? I work very hard to exceed customer expectations. I appreciate it!
