mumzy1942 @vickytorres999 did you take the straps out to make it a backpack did you not think you were buying a backpack I think that's what I sent you but if you could describe it to me tell me the brand and tell me that it's not a backpack I'll be happy to refund your money if that's what you want I apologize if there was a miscommunication but I thought I sent you what was in the photographs in Black. vickytorres999 @mumzy1942 I know the bag that I ordered was convertible. But I received 3 ivory Ella back bags in the colors pink, blue, and purple. I did not receive the create & cultivate black bag that I ordered.

mumzy1942 Victoria I am so sorry I mixed up the labels that means that the ivory Ella lady got your backpack oh my God could you please ask Poshmark 4 label and they will return it to me and then I will ask the other lady to do the same thing so that each of you can get what you paid for I am so embarrassed I have been sending out so many Poshmark packages not that that is and excuse please forgive me we will straighten this out
