@toria0327 wow no, I'm sorry I haven't heard anything like that before, and normally PM support gets back within 48 hours. If you have been waiting for a reply longer than 2 days I would send another but to me that sounds like a glitch in the app or (website if you are doing it from online). Maybe try doing it from the website if you haven't already? Or vice versa?
