newfashion123 @jessicadturco hi, I received your return today. It’s an empty shoebox without any shoes inside. I packed the shoes in a brown cardboard box with plastic bubble bags inside on the top of shoebox with weight 4lb 13.10oz . But the return package is only the empty shoebox without any other packing materials with weight only 1.83 lb . It’s less than 2 lb. Still waiting for the posh support to investigate.
