Hey Rashad I haven’t received my shoes yet. I see they’re marked as shipped but nothing has came. It’s been 10 days today. I checked the tracking but no updates since they initially shipped. Can you hrr Er lo me out?

I received the shoes today. But one question for you . They were marked as new, however the shoes look as if they have been worn and then cleaned up really well. They look slightly worn to me. The fabric of the shoe feels loose and that generally happens when the shoe has some wear. They were marked NWT but not new never been worn. The only tag I see are the original labels that come with the shoe. In that case it’s new with original labels not new with tags.

And what’s up with the toilet paper in the shoes? Shouldn’t that be tissue paper that new shoes come with? And the box was raggedy. This doesn’t appear to be a new purchase to me. I might return them because I believe they’ve been worn and the way you sent them was tacky.
I expected better packaging. Not over the toilet paper being placed in my shoes either.
That’s just sloppy.

@m613691 used? No. All of my items are brand new straight from an authenticated supplier. They have never been worn at all. You can check my resume on here and on Facebook, I have nothing but positive reviews. And that is not tissue paper in the shoes. It’s brown packaging paper. Please send pics to 740-396-1892 of the shoes. The box was more than likely damaged during transit, which I have no control over unfortunately. I don’t do bad business at all or I wouldn’t have repeat customers.

@m613691 I’m not sure where you are used to purchasing your shoes at, but when you buy them from any retailer, that’s exactly how they are sent. Again, I don’t do bad business. I am fully licensed with my LLC federal tax ID, I wouldn’t dare tarnish my company’s reputation for a few dollars, not worth it. But again, please feel free to return the shoes that were shipped to you if you feel the need to do so. I hope you have an amazing evening!

I purchase my shoes from footlocker Macy’s etc. I n addition to the other issues the inside soles of these shoes are dirty and the soles were loose and the size says 7 so I will be requesting a refund. I should have asked you where do you purchase your inventory from? The knock off factory in China? Do you want to see pictures of the dirty soles and true size?

@m613691 as a matter of fact, I have a pic of those shoes that show the size and serial number that is on the inside of the tongue of the shoe. I do that with all of my shoes before they leave my place of business. You are trying to scam me. Provide me with a number or email address and I will kindly send you the pics of the shoes that I sent out to you.

The insoles came completely out. I have a pair of Nikes I purchased from footlocker last year and the soles are sewn into the shoe. The ones from the soles come completely revealing a different size.

@m613691 they do not definitely sew in soles at all. I have over 2 dozen pair of nikes and not one is sewn in. I have already provided you with my cell phone number so that you can send me pics of the shoes. By the way, I have already sent in a trouble ticket to poshmark to alert them that you are trying to scam me. I attached a dozen photos that show various angles of the shoes, including a picture of the inside of the tongue that clearly shows the size 8.5 and the serial number.

Ok all of the bikes I have purchased before the insoles were sewn in. I just purchased a pair of and the insoles are sewn in with the size clearly visible. I have never had a pair of Nike’s where the insoles came out. I will send you the pictures of the size under the insoles. It says 7 . I understand that you have good reviews etc which is why I purchased from you. Another seller had the same shoe around the same price however I bought from you. So that must’ve meant I trusted your product.

I also sent them pics of the shoes on the box that I sent you and it is geo-tagged meaning it shows the time date and location of the pictures. And for the record I am also a fully licensed retailer with an Limited Liability registered in the state of Michigan. And I don’t play scam games. Don’t have time to catch a case. And sometimes even the best can get it wrong. A Good business practice is to try to resolve the issue with the customer not insulting them by calling them dishonest. Like I told you I searched for that shoe and I CHOSE to do business with you. But that obviously means nothing to you.

That’s fine don’t really care but I sent pictures to that number you provided. Do you purchase your inventory from that website that sells knock off athletic shoes located in China? I did see the shoe on that site for 70$ with a lot of negative reviews.

@m613691 you tore the soles out of those shoes. I will not accept those back, I cannot resale those after you have destroyed them completely. I will be submitting those photos to poshmark as well, showing proof that you have damaged them beyond return. And where is the dirt at? I can’t see how you would’ve thought they were worn at all. FYI, that does not mean it’s the size of the shoe. I wear a 10 and it says that in my shoes.

I just read your comment accusing me of tearing out the soles. Look at the pictures you can clearly see they are inserts. No evidence of ripping. Plus the label is sewn on the side of the insole which is depicted in the photo. But I also sent them photos as well prior to you sending yours. And when I contacted you I had already made an complaint. I sent them the pictures of the label sewn on the side of the shoes more than once. I am done with shoe gate .
