scardwellnow @tori_skies Please, if ur upset discuss w/ me. I wasnt aware of any issue w/it & inspected. U may return or pick another, but in a yr of sales I've never had such a poor rating, I avg 5 rating. The bag was clear/good condition. Most of those bags are clouded/torn. U pd less than most bags of lesser quality. I want you to be happy, but do not disparage me. Pics of the bag were posted, if I thought there was dmg I wouldn't have sold. Let me know how to make it right so you can adjust your rating.

tori_skies @scardwellnow disparge you? I am being honest ill send u pictures if i need too. I havent done anything wrong but be honest. The corners of this bag on the outwide are clearly torn. That is not visable in ur pictures nor was it explained in the discription.

scardwellnow @tori_skies Yes, you describe the bag as unusable. Again, I would not sale an item that was torn and unusable. You can return the bag and I'll refund you your your purchase price and your shipping because I know that the bag is not in poor condition. If you feel that strongly a/b it the proper protocol is to bring a case & show pics there and let Posh decide.

tori_skies @scardwellnow it is unusable but as i have already explained i cant get to the post office to return the item within the time frame that poshmark gives. I also have already accepted the order so i cant return. The back side of the bag has the corners torn its not visable in the pictures or YOUR discriptiin. My rating stands.

scardwellnow @tori_skies That is not true. You can return the bag and you did not have to accept the order. You simply are not being a good Posher, which is unfortunate because I am. I've extended to you an offer to remedy the issue which you won't accept. I cannot see the issue describe, nor will you allow Posh to assist. It appears we are at an impasse.

tori_skies @scardwellnow if u were a good posher to btin with u woukd have described the damage to the bag and taken a photo. Thats clearly listed in the rules. Own up to ur mistake and move one im dont arguing with u.

I have offered to pay for your shipping, to give you add'l items & gave you guidance to seek resolution through Posh. You clearly just cannot be satisfied. I'm not owning to anything I didn't do. The options available to you are clearly listed. Happy Thanksgiving!

I truly have a hard time returning items because of the limited time frame that posh offers. And i dont think its fair for u to just send me something else
