I think that the problem is that you accepted the item and gave us a rating already. please click on the Poshmark Support link to see how to undo this. if you received black shoes it sounds like the order was swapped. we sell hundreds of items monthly and sometimes our team makes mistakes but we definitely want to fix this. so sorry about this.

paymeposh @holdwicc yes, your order was swapped. the customer that ordered those shoes has not received the pants yet. Poshmark can reissue labels to you both to put the items back in the mail. I'll try submitting a help request as well. and I'll notify the other customer to not accidentally accept. again I'm sooooo sorry

Again, my apologies for this. the hold up was/is because you accepted the order which released the payment.
